RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY Nexus Create & Build LLC (Legal, Formal, Attorney-Style Version) 1. General Provisions This Returns Policy governs the terms applicable to returns, replacements, and refunds of products purchased through Nexus Create & Build LLC. By making a purchase on our website, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and fully accepted this policy. 2. Custom Products (Non-Refundable) All custom products, made to order, or including a specific design requested by the customer, are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns or refunds. This includes, but is not limited to: Custom apparel (shirts, hoodies, etc.) DTF designs Vinyls Items with names, photos, logos, or text submitted by the customer Special variations created for individual orders Returns will not be accepted for change of mind, or errors in size, color, or design selection by the customer. 3. Order Cancellations Once processing or production of an item has begun, the order cannot be canceled under any circumstances. If the customer requests cancellation before production begins, Nexus Create & Build LLC will evaluate the request and determine whether it is valid. 4. Returns of Non-Personalized Products For non-personalized products: The customer has 7 calendar days from delivery to request a return. The product must be in new condition, unused, unwashed, odorless, stain-free, and with all original tags and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Nexus Create & Build LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. 5. Production Errors Attributable to Nexus Create & Build LLC. An error will only be considered attributable to the store when: The delivered design does not match the design designed or approved by the customer; the size sent does not match the size selected in the order (verifiable by label); the item has a verifiable manufacturing defect; or the color or type of garment differs from the one specified (excluding minor variations due to screen display). In such cases, the customer must provide clear photographic evidence within the first 48 hours after delivery. Nexus Create & Build LLC will decide whether a full or partial replacement, or store credit, is appropriate. 6. Damage or Loss Incurred During Shipping. Shipments are handled by USPS. If the package arrives damaged, the customer must provide: Photographs of the damaged item; a photograph of the outer packaging; the tracking number; and proof of a claim filed with USPS. Once USPS determines liability, Nexus Create & Build LLC will evaluate the appropriate solution. No cash refunds are issued for damages caused by USPS. 7. Packages Marked as “Delivered” In cases where USPS marks the package as “DELIVERED,” but the customer claims not to have received it: No automatic refunds or replacements will be processed. The customer should check with neighbors or management and wait 48 hours. The customer should file a formal claim with USPS. The customer should provide the official case number. Until USPS confirms loss or theft, Nexus Create & Build LLC cannot issue replacements. 8. Packages Returned to Sender If a package is returned to Nexus Create & Build LLC due to: Incorrect address, Incomplete address, Customer absent, or Unclaimed package, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. If the customer refuses reshipment, no refund will be issued, as the item was made to order. 9. Color and Manufacturing Variations Due to inherent variations in electronic devices, printing processes, materials, and lighting conditions, minimal color differences may exist compared to digital images. Such variations do not constitute a product defect. 10. Rejection of Fraudulent Requests Nexus Create & Build LLC reserves the right to: Request additional evidence Deny suspicious return requests Cancel accounts associated with abusive claims Notify USPS or relevant agencies in case of mail fraud The following will be considered fraudulent, but are not limited to: False claims of “not received” when USPS marks as delivered Manipulated or inconsistent photographs Request for a refund without return of the item when applicable Attempts at double compensation (product refund) 11.
